through our partner clinics and, in the future, direct-to-consumer. By accessing or using this
website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. General Terms
*These Terms govern your use of our website and any purchases you make.
*We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with
a new effective date.
2. Eligibility
* You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.
* For clinics or business accounts, you represent that you are authorized to enter into
contracts on behalf of the entity.
3. Product Information & Pricing
* Product information, images, and pricing are provided for each country.
* Prices are displayed in the local currency associated with your account or clinic login.
* All prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless stated.
* RebelCell reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions.
4. Ordering & Payment
* Orders through partner clinics are subject to the clinic’s own procedures and policies.
* D2C orders will be processed through Shopify and secure payment providers.
* We accept payments via [list payment methods].
* You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Direct B2B Orders (via RebelCell portal):
* First Order Free Shipping: RebelCell covers standard ground shipping for the first
B2B order per clinic account.
* Free Shipping on Large Orders: Orders reaching the regional free shipping threshold
qualify for standard ground shipping at no cost. Regional thresholds:
o Europe: €1,500 wholesale
o United Kingdom: £1,500 wholesale
o United States: $1,500 wholesale
o Switzerland: All orders (free shipping)
* Standard Shipping: All other orders are subject to shipping fees. Expedited or special
shipping options may incur additional charges.
* Regional Fulfillment: Orders are shipped from RebelCell’s warehouse corresponding to
the delivery address (Switzerland for European orders; United States for US orders).
* International Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance remain the
responsibility of the recipient clinic.
* Risk of Loss: Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer once the shipment leaves
RebelCell’s warehouse or fulfillment center.
* Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are provided for guidance; actual times may vary
depending on carrier, destination, and customs clearance.
Distributor-Handled Orders:
* Shipping, duties, and risk of loss for orders fulfilled by a distributor are governed by the
distributor’s own agreements. RebelCell is not responsible for shipping or customs on
these orders.
6. Returns & Refunds
* For purchases through clinics, returns and refunds are subject to the clinic’s policies.
* For D2C purchases, returns or refunds will be handled according to our policies posted
on the website.
* We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our stated policy.
7. User Conduct
* You may not use the website for unlawful purposes or violate applicable laws.
* You may not attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the website, or interfere with
security measures.
8. Intellectual Property
* All content on the website, including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is
owned by RebelCell or its licensors.
* You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.

* These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delware.
* Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, your
account, or your orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and
federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
